Product Description

TPO is an efficient free radical (I) type photoinitiator that absorbs in the long wavelength range, which has the advantages of fast light curing speed, yellowing resistance, low post-polymerization effect, no residue, low volatility, low odor, etc. It also has photobleaching effect, excellent thermal stability, no chemical reaction occurs when heated to 180°C, and good storage stability.

It is suitable for deep curing of thick films, especially for white UV curing coatings, UV curing adhesives
, UV optical fiber coating and printing inks, and is widely used. 

The recommended addition amount is 0.5-3.0wt% (colored system) and 0.3-2.0wt% (transparent system).

Application Field

Photoinitiators are widely applied to the UV surface curing system with high photocuring speed and anti-yellowing, such as UV curing coatings, UV photocopying varnish, UV plastic coatings, UV wood coatings, UV glue, silk screen printing inks, lithographic printing inks, flexo printing inks, UV curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings and electronic products, generally used with other photoinitiators. It also can be used together with ultraviolet absorbent when necessary to prevent product aging.

Q1: May I get some samples from your side?
Re: Yes, of course. We'd like to provide 10-1000 g free sample to you, which depends on product you need. For freight, your side need to bear, but we will refund you after you place bulk order.

Q2: What is your MOQ?
Re: Usually our MOQ is 1 kg, but sometimes it also is flexible and depends on product.

Q3: About Price:
Re: The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to your quantity or package. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.

Q4: How do I pay for my purchase order?
Re: You can send our your Purchase order , or just send a simple confirmation by email or by Trade Manager, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly. We could accept several payment methods, such as TT bank transfer, L/C, WU, Paypal and so on.
